Kristen has spent the past 10 years working in the City of Auburn's Human Resources department, and she has recently transitioned to opening her own business, Legacy Leadership Coaching. She has had the privilege to serve on the CARE Humane Society board and currently serves on the Greater Peace Community Development Center Board, Auburn City Schools Career and Technical Education Advisory Board, United Way Allocations committee, and the Alabama Association of Public Personnel Administrators.
Kristen has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and a Master's in Management, Strategy and Leadership as well as being a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team member. She is married to Casey and they have three wonderful children, Connor, Brady and Riley.
